Выполняя какие-либо упражнения практики цигун, очень важно именно то, что вы чувствуете. Это может быть покалывание в ладонях, упругость между ними, ощущение ветра или воды между руками или на отдельных участках тела. Это также могут быть довольно плотные ощущения, как ртуть или горячий расплавленный металл… Или же легкое дуновение ветерка в ладонях. Или просто тепло или жар в теле. Но все это реальные и именно Ваши ощущения. Это база, отправная точка, откуда вы будете двигаться дальше. Чем крепче фундамент, тем выше можно построить на нем дом. Ощущения будут все время меняться, расширяться и становиться ярче, но они будут реальными, а не выдуманными. Иллюзию создать очень легко, но трудно от нее избавиться. Не придумывайте себе различных качеств: любовь, радость, гармония. Пусть первые ощущения будут естественными. Даже если это злость, печаль или скука, постарайтесь это увидеть в себе, где именно это находится в вас и куда это течет, в каком внутреннем органе оно локализуется. И тогда, возможно, это исчезнет, само собой. Постепенно внутренняя энергия будет расти и трансформироваться, и тогда любовь, радость и гармония станут реальными ее качествами. Но для этого нужно сформировать четкое намерение, стремление изменить негативные качества энергий, которыми вы живете. Вначале их надо просто увидеть и определить, затем дать внутреннюю команду изменить их качества и отпустить это.
Очень много людей уже имеют иллюзии. Те, что подчерпнуты из книг или со слов других, пусть даже великих мастеров. Но они не реальны и значения именно для нас не имеют. Важно найти свою реальность. Чем больше человек безоговорочно верит кому-то, тем сложней бывает разрушить это представление. Речь идет только о внутреннем ощущении энергии. Когда оно будет устойчивым и постоянным, тогда появится и реальное ощущение взаимодействия между людьми, небом, землей и космосом. Но начинать нужно с самого простого. Особенно легко «улететь» в тонкие и совсем «не те астральные миры», когда человек слишком преувеличивает свои возможности и знания, говоря себе: я это все уже давно знаю и этим давно живу. Есть уровень в любых энергетических практиках, до которого можно идти безопасно самостоятельно, но выше очень много тонких тропинок и совсем не все они ведут наверх. Тут нужен проводник, тот, кто знает эти дороги. Мастер – это ваша безопасность. Хотя часто такой безопасностью и предохранителем становится «царь в голове», вы просто сами закрываете себе этот путь, получив титулы, медали и сертификаты, и потому опасности больно удариться, свысока упав, для вас попросту нет.
Когда вдруг появится совершенно живое и явное ощущение энергии в теле, чувствование того, как она движется, перемещается внутри вас, это будет незабываемым ощущением и открытием! Человек — это тайна, но можно пройти мимо нее, увлекаясь внешними дорогими игрушками, в том числе и «игрушечными дорогами». Когда-то или иное течение становится популярным и модным, многие начинают заниматься этим, чтобы «быть в тренде». Но для них, к сожалению, это лишь «игрушечная дорога», на которую они потратят свое время, усилие и деньги, чтобы потом бросить и пойти дальше. Дальше от самого себя. Но если человек, пусть даже совсем слегка, прикоснётся к себе, у него навсегда останется ощущение того, что есть настоящее и что имеет реальную ценность в этом мире. И тогда, возможно, тайна человека раскроется и станет великой внутренней красотой.
